I chose Personal Plumbing after my water heater broke and flooded my garage. They came out same day and got me set up with a new water heater within 24hrs. Eric was great and was open and honest with everything he recommended. He was very knowledgeable and made sure things were done right and safe for my family. Everyone I spoke with was polite and helpful. This company made a stressful situation more manageable. I will gladly be using them in the future!

Recently had to have our water heater checked out on a Friday and Personal Plumbing not only came out quickly to diagnose the problem, but they were able to replace out water heater the same day so we didn't have to go without hot water over the weekend. The two plumbers who arrived at our house were fantastic, they were friendly and kept us informed every step of the way. I would definitely recommend Personal Plumbing!

This week another person will come with further information and bid. I signed up for the yearly plan but so far very impressed with their detail and professionalism.

I called on Wednesday because my heater didn’t seem to be throwing any hot air out. They came out on Thursday and checked things over, took pictures of the interior of the furnace and I decided to have a new one installed. Friday morning the technicians came out and installed it within three hours and everything is now working fine and I don’t have to worry about it anymore. Service was thorough, efficient and professional. Thank you.

Wanted to comment about what a good job these guys did. They were not the cheapest and not the most expensive, but they will do it right and keep you informed during the entire job. Also, after I saw what they had to do (trench my bathroom to get to my disintegrated pipes)… I see why the cost was what it was; it looked super difficult and very labor intensive. I had a few extra added in as well and am very happy with all they did! They also I sent a house cleaner post job. These guys are trustworthy and I will only use them for plumbing issues here on out.

Business was very professional from the time on phone making the appoint to when the service provider arrived at my house. He wore shoe covers and explained everything he did and why it was important. Recommendations for improvement to ducts were made and i will be getting estimates with photos. Overall a very efficient process.

Personal plumbing was the first to respond to our slab leak and after estimates from several other companies we chose Personal Plumbing. The job was an entire re plumb of our 3 bedroom 2 bath home. The estimate was to take 4 days, and that is about what it took for the entire job. We were entirely satisfied with the work; however, after 4 days of plumbers in and out of the house with the doors and garage open all day the house was extremely dirty and dusty. My only suggestion would be to have a small cleaning crew come in when them job is complete and do a vacuum, dust, and bathroom cleaning. I read one of the companies do that and it would be worth an extra charge to have a little help with the dust and dirt brought in due drilling and in and out traffic.

Last night we discovered lots of water damage in our garage and knew there had to be a leak. We reached out to Personal Plumbing this morning and the reception staff was so helpful and kind. Thankfully, they were able to send Elias out the same day to help us with the leak. Elias was awesome! He was very polite, efficient, and communicated our plumbing issues throughly with us. If we had questions or concerns, he would talk through everything with us. When he finished fixing the leak and before leaving, he ensured everything was flowing smoothly and cleaned up the area. We appreciate Elias so much and recommend him to anyone with plumbing issues!

When we were alerted that we had thousands of gallons of water leaking from places unknown, I’m glad I was able to get Personal Plumbing out. I hadn’t used them before and only had online reviews (like this) to help me decide who to call. They arrived quickly and found and addressed the issue with my leak. They came in with knowledge and wisdom of years of experience and were quick to provide sound advice or go the extra mile in every way they could. I’ve never had a plumber or plumbing company I would call back as my go-to before, but glad I have one now.
