My clients house that I was selling had shower controls that needed to be corrected. The hot was cold and The cold was hot a quick fix from the technician who is on-time, professional, and very friendly. Thanks again Personal Plumbing.
Had a great experience! Eric came out on time on a Sunday morning and installed a tankless reverse osmosis system and fixed our dishwasher air gap so it doesn't leak dirty water all over our sink (That's how it was installed when we moved in). He was friendly and professional, cleaned up when he was done, and both systems work perfectly. The cost was right and I'd hire them again!
I needed a plumber on a Sunday and called about 15 that I found on Yelp. No one could get out same day. Personal Plumbing answered the phone immediately and had someone out there within 2 hours. It was for our vacation rental so it needed to be fixed immediately. The plumber took care of a shower head issue and clogged drains. He was polite and communicated the entire time via video and text while in the unit fixing the issues. Highly recommend and will definitely use again!
We had a leak in our shower during the holidays. Personal Plumbing had a technician come out to our home. We thought tiles would have to be removed but after having the owner come back out to our home, we only needed to replace a part. Cathy. Office Manager kept me posted throughout the whole process. Once the part arrived, which was within a week; she scheduled a technician. It's hard funding trustworthy plumbers. The own takes pride in providing excellent service! I highly recommend Personal Plumbing!

Since I started using Personal Plumbing, I've never needed to look for another company, and never will! Since my last review I used Personal Plumbing for several jobs. Emergency leak in a rental garage, pressure regulator replacement and adjustment, replacing copper pipes/fixtures to avoid future leaks (old house) in several bathrooms. Bob is a respectable business man and cares most about quality work and happy customers.
Had a pipe burst in the attic from poor quality plastic pipes. The kind the builder had to file bankruptcy due to all the law suits. Called Personal Plumbing. They were here within the hour. Ron showed up took a look, found the leak and explained what he was doing and fixed it in an hour. Wendy handling the calls was sympathetic and helped walk through the process. Thanks Bob, Wendy and Cathy for completing the water filtration system installation at both my house and that of my fathers in Encinitas. Our systems were both very old and with most things came to the end of their useful life and were replaced with a Halo water system that I understand is manufactured in Carlsbad. Much better tasting water and easier on the water appliances within the house. Thanks Bob and crew...We'll see you again when we need your plumbing expertise!
Tim came out less than two hours after I called. He quickly diagnosed a leak on one of the lines above the water heater. He replaced both and also found my regulator to be a problem. Too much water pressure. Replaced it. Good service and great follow up to insure everything was done correctly.
Bob upgrade my water tank to a tankless and it went well, also replaced all the angle stops and water supply lines for a super reasonable rate. His company has high standards and a good crew. I would recommend him to all my friends needing plumbing service.

Elias came today to help me reinstall one of my toilets. He was very efficient and nice. As well as knowledgeable. They just completed a project for us. Beyond impressed. They had to order special part and researched and found it. Their estimate was exactly what we paid. Their communications and follow up was perfect. We hope not to have more problems, but if we do would definitely contact them. Very nice employees.

Michael came out and knew what my issue was right away! He went down the street picked out a faucet I wanted and installed it. Dog friendly too! I told him I'm interested in a bathroom remodel in the future so they do that as well.
After getting a couple of quotes to unblock a toilet that seemed ridiculous a friend recommended Personal \Plumbing. They were awesome. By far the most professional and friendly of anyone I contacted. The job turned out to be quite difficult due to lack of access and really old plumbing but they went above and beyond to get it all fixed. Since then I've used them to fix a plumbing issue at my business and will only be using them going forward. Highly recommended.

Bob Muller originally installed our water heater, expansion tank and re-plumbed 1/2 my house about 6 years ago. There was an issue with corrosion from a part used at the joint for the expansion tank. Ed was sent out and he fixed it right up and didn't bill me. That is standing by your work and I greatly appreciate the honesty and integrity. I would use this company exclusively just for that!
Today was a very stressful day. Our neighbor notified us that there's a leak coming from our water pipe that caused water damage to their property. I called Bob at Personal Plumbing to come out and take a look at the leak for me. He found time out of his busy schedule to help me out. Long story short Bob found the problem and took care of it, like BALLER. Bob is the most honest and trustworthy plumber I have ever used. I cannot say enough good things about Personal Plumbing they go above and beyond what is expected. This is my second time using them. I will be a life long customer.
Very happy with the services provided and the follow up from the team. From the first time they came by, they were prompt, professional, and honest. They helped us remove a sink, cut granite, and install a new sink, faucet, and disposal. Some plumbers we called would only commit to one part of the job, so we really appreciated that they could handle it all. They did proper preparation, measurements, and we are quite satisfied with the result.
Bob has always been our go to plumber. And, this time was no different. When are water hearer needed to be relocated to make drywall repairs, Bob quoted us a fair and reasonable price. We had a leak under our kitchen sink. Called Bob and he had Chris out within an hour. Can't say enough about this company and their dedication to their customers. They couldn't find the leak however recommended that we replace the faucet that is at least 16 years old. He didn't charge us for the service call. I'm going out this weekend and purchasing a new faucet and will have Bob install it.
Best Plumbing company I have ever dealt with. I have had them out to my Mobile Home several times. Each time they found the problem immediately, either had the part or ran to get one. They are friendly, on time, and even took a moment to play with my two Pomeranian dogs. Best of all they do not sock it to you with their prices. Each time my bill has been extremely reasonable. I highly recommend them for all your plumbing needs.
Ryan at Friendly Flooring recommended these guys so I called them and I am glad I did. Bobby (from NY) has been working at my house several times the last 2 weeks as we remodel our upstairs guest bath and master bath. In the master we had Bobby move hot& cold copper pipes in the wall to fit behind the double vanity. He also installed a spa/tub, tub valve/overflow and drain, shower faucet valve and came back and did the trim after the tile guy completed his part. I would call these guys for any project your contemplating. Bobby is super polite, cleans up and does great looking work.

We had an emergency issue with our dryer so I called Personal Plumbing. My call was returned promptly and Tim from Personal Plumbing was able to come out the following day! I was happily surprised since it was 2 days before Christmas! Tim arrived early (:)!) in the 2 hour time window and was able to fix the dryer. We needed camera work done for an obstruction in our main drain line. Ryan and his colleague did a very meticulous job identifying the obstructions (tree roots), their location, and repeatedly verifying the exact locations. The work quality and communications were excellent!
Discovered that the original enameled, cast iron sink in one of the bathrooms was chipped and rusting through, causing a leak. Bob was very quick to respond to my inquiry and immensely helpful throughout. I was kept informed every step of the way and Ryan was right on time. Ryan did a fantastic job despite some issues with plumbing circa the early 1960's and I couldn't be happier with everything. I will happily call Personal Plumbing again and recommend them to anyone who is in need of plumbing assistance.
I've used them several times now and even had them put in a whole house water system. They do a good job and if something needs to be addressed from a previous repair they are great about coming back out to address that and giving notifications when the appointment is booked and when they are on their way.
Called and scheduled a service call Saturday to repair a copper water line leak(pin hole) found Friday night behind bathroom wall. Ed arrived well in advance of appointment time and conducted himself professionally. Inspected, verified, repaired and re-tested in short order. The leak was small but becoming very serious and sheetrock damage was minimal. The invoice was very reasonable. I would gladly recommend Personal Plumbing, and I would use their services again.

Consummate professionals! The main water line to our house was leaking. We received one estimate of anywhere from $1200 - 1500.00 dollars. I then sought an estimate from Personal Plumbing for a fraction of the above quote. All the online ratings motivated me to choose them; those ratings were SPOT on. From my first phone call to the very end, I was impressed with the communication, customer service, work ethic (I can go on...). Always on time and even early at other times. One of the best experiences I've had with a plumbing company. I live in Fallbrook and our local plumbers are so busy, sometimes my calls and/or messages go unanswered. Bob is kind, patient, and responsive and willing to travel to Fallbrook. The two technicians he sent were friendly and professional. Found and repaired pinhole leak and the bill was extremely reasonable. Will definitely use them again!

They were really great. I called them with a minor issue that took about 10- 15 minutes to resolve. Tyler really listened to the nature of the issue and gave me a reasonable quote. I shopped around (just in case) and couldn't believe other plumbers gave me a quote for 1.5 to OVER 2 times as much. Who would pay $250 to $300 for a 15 minute job?? This company is trustworthy and wasn't out to gauge me. Oscar was in and out of my house in 15 minutes, easily fixed the issue, and was respectful of all COVID precautions. Thanks Personal Plumbing.
Ed came to my house to replace two toilets. After realizing that one was broken on delivery (from an outside source), I had to reschedule another visit from Ed. Needed to replace a water pressure regulator that had stopped working. Robert responded quickly to my request for a quote, proved a competitive price and was able to come out relatively quickly for a non-urgent call. Job was done professionally and he helped me to adjust the pressure and cleaned up after himself. Very satisfied with the quality of the work and the price.
Bob Muller, Michael and team are awesome. We have worked with them since early 2014 for many different needs. They have helped with two full bathroom remodels, two water heater installs and several other full kitchen plumbing replacements (instant hot, filtration, faucets dishwasher, disposal etc) and other ad-hoc needs. From complete demo's to inspection and repairs we have found Bob and Michael to be extremely fair and honest. Definitely will be using this company for our next project.
I went with Mueller because they were the most communicative and I appreciated that they were able to give me an estimate range. The best part is that they were able to complete the work at the low end of their estimate. The work site was clean and the technician, Chris, took the time to write up and draw a diagram of what part I needed to purchase. They have definitely earned my business for my next project.
