Alfredo of Personal Plumbing Heating and Cooling did a fantastic job. First of all, he gave me lots of advance notice of when he would be at my house and was willing to work around an uncertain event I had in the morning. When he arrived, he explained the visit thoroughly, what he was doing and why he was doing it. He set about his business and reviewed the visit with me when done. All-around great job!

Recently had to have our water heater checked out on a Friday and Personal Plumbing not only came out quickly to diagnose the problem, but they were able to replace out water heater the same day so we didn't have to go without hot water over the weekend. The two plumbers who arrived at our house were fantastic, they were friendly and kept us informed every step of the way. I would definitely recommend Personal Plumbing!

Very happy with the service call. The tech spent a good amount of time checking all aspects of my heating and A/C and made several recommendations that I had no idea about. This week another person will come with further information and bid. I signed up for the yearly plan but so far very impressed with their detail and professionalism.

My kitchen sink wasn't draining and after spending hours trying YouTube remedies (baking soda & vinegar, Drain-o, plunger) I finally had to call a plumber. After seeing water come out of the "cleanout" pipe outside the house (didn't even know that existed), Eric quickly determined that the clog was not in the sink or even inside the house. It was actually 35 feet down the main drain outside the house. He used a "snake" to remove the clog and everything worked after that. $341 to snake the drain. They also performed a free camera inspection and we could see inside of the drain line. They do offer a "scaling" service to remove the film from the sidewalls (much like a dentist would do to plaque) but that was quite a bit over my budget. Service was quick. Eric was very courteous and efficient. Overall happy with the quick turnaround.

The Personal Plumbing team has been great to work with. I would especially highlight how happy I am with the work Cody did on my shower, and sink. I have had him/them out for a few things and had a great experience each time. With every trip he was thorough, knowledgeable, offered multiple solutions, communicative and provided high quality outcomes. Even when running into issues with a separate tile installer he was proactive in providing multiple solutions. I have used them both as a rental property owner (which they made very easy even though I was out of state!) and as an owner getting work on my condo done. The service from initial reach out, to scheduling, to the work itself was wonderful and I’m happy to recommend Cody and Personal Plumbing!

Wanted to comment about what a good job these guys did. They were not the cheapest and not the most expensive, but they will do it right and keep you informed during the entire job. Also, after I saw what they had to do (trench my bathroom to get to my disintegrated pipes)… I see why the cost was what it was; it looked super difficult and very labor intensive. I had a few extra added in as well and am very happy with all they did! They also I sent a house cleaner post job. These guys are trustworthy and I will only use them for plumbing issues here on out.

We had a downstairs leak and assumed it was coming from our toilet. Our neighbor recommended Vets for Us which is now Personal Plumbing Heating and Cooling. After setting up an appointment for the next morning, the receptionist mentioned that we did not have to go with them but it was best to get our water leak problem assessed by a professional. Lucas was assigned to see us and he called first to let us now that he was on his way. He was very knowledgeable, professional yet friendly in his assessment of the situation. He provided options and was never pushy about choosing which plan to go with. We highly recommend this company because of Lucas. Personal plumbing was the first to respond to our slab leak and after estimates from several other companies we chose Personal Plumbing. The job was an entire re plumb of our 3 bedroom 2 bath home. The estimate was to take 4 days, and that is about what it took for the entire job. We were entirely satisfied with the work; however, after 4 days of plumbers in and out of the house with the doors and garage open all day the house was extremely dirty and dusty. My only suggestion would be to have a small cleaning crew come in when them job is complete and do a vacuum, dust, and bathroom cleaning. I read one of the companies do that and it would be worth an extra charge to have a little help with the dust and dirt brought in due drilling and in and out traffic.

Last night we discovered lots of water damage in our garage and knew there had to be a leak. We reached out to Personal Plumbing this morning and the reception staff was so helpful and kind. Thankfully, they were able to send Elias out the same day to help us with the leak. Elias was awesome! He was very polite, efficient, and communicated our plumbing issues throughly with us. If we had questions or concerns, he would talk through everything with us. When he finished fixing the leak and before leaving, he ensured everything was flowing smoothly and cleaned up the area. We appreciate Elias so much and recommend him to anyone with plumbing issues!

When we were alerted that we had thousands of gallons of water leaking from places unknown, I’m glad I was able to get Personal Plumbing out. I hadn’t used them before and only had online reviews (like this) to help me decide who to call. They arrived quickly and found and addressed the issue with my leak. They came in with knowledge and wisdom of years of experience and were quick to provide sound advice or go the extra mile in every way they could. I’ve never had a plumber or plumbing company I would call back as my go-to before, but glad I have one now.
